Refreshments / Meals  

A home made vegetarian lunch (2 courses) along with refreshments will be provided on all training days. Special diets can be catered for with advanced notice.

All the meals on the course are prepared with fresh ingredients and all are home made by myself.

Here are just a couple of examples of the lunches provided on one of my courses:

  Vegetable Penne Bake
  Baked Fennel with Red Peppers and Parmesan
  Steamed Green Beans
  Fresh Basil and Tomato sauce
  Home made Black Olive and Cheese bread
   
  Austrian Apricot Almond tart with fresh cream or ice-cream.
   
  Brocolli & Rosenborg Cheese Flan
  Mixed Green salad with fresh herbs and peppers
  Tomato and Basil salad
  Pototoes with Salsa Verde dressing
  Home made Focaccia bread with onion and black olives.
   
  Forest Fruit Meringue Roulade and fresh cream.
